Sewickley Creek Crossing

Continue on SR. 3093 for 0.8 mile and turn left on Hunker Road. Follow Hunker Road for 3.2 miles through Hunker to Russ Moore Road. As you travel towards the village of Hunker, you will see Belson’s Run on your left. The far bank rises steeply. Along the top of that ridge ran Braddock’s Road.
In passing through Hunker, note Sewickley Creek, which Braddock’s army forded on July 4, 1755. |
